Take healthy takeout at home tonight with this mouthwatering Slow Cooker Honey Sesame Chicken!

There’s nothing better than taking a takeout favorite and transforming it into a deliciously healthy meal you can make at home, especially when that meal is made in a crockpot. All you have to do is chop the chicken, stir the sauce, throw in all the ingredients, and let the crockpot do the work while you kick back.

This Slow Cooker Honey Sesame Chicken is tender, juicy and then some! The sauce is made with ingredients you may already have in your kitchen and comes together with just a few stirs. Thanks to the slow cooker, the sauce gets thick and sticky, resembling that takeout favorite of yours.

If you plan on feeding a bigger crowd, add more chicken to the recipe but just be sure to increase the quantities of the sauce ingredients to accommodate the added amount. When in doubt, more sauce is better than too little.

Serve with a side of steamed broccoli, over zucchini noodles, or over a bed of cauliflower rice for a healthy, well-rounded meal.
